What it does

• Managers build a week by position and publish it when it is ready.
• Staff see their shifts on their phone, set their availability and request time off.
• Shifts can be released, picked up or swapped, with the manager approving each one.
• Overtime is counted per company, so people who work at two venues are counted correctly.
• It works across more than one location from the first day.

It is not a time clock and it does not handle payroll or tips — those stay with the systems that already do them.
