Privacy policy

Exotic Schedules is operated by Greenbriar Consulting LLC, Round Rock, Texas. This policy explains what the app holds about you, why, and what it never holds.

What we store

What we never store

The app does not hold your Social Security number, your date of birth, your home address, your identity documents, your I-9, or any bank or payment detail. That information lives in your employer's hiring system and is never sent to this app.

The app is not a time clock. It does not record when you arrive or leave, and it does not track your location at any time.

Who can see it

Messages we send

Notices are about your work: a published schedule, a shift change, an answered request. You can turn off push notifications in your phone's settings at any time.

Text messages are optional and are never a condition of using Exotic Schedules. You can use the app, see your schedule, set your availability and make requests with text messages switched off, and nobody can switch them on for you. Full details, including how to stop them, are on the text messages page.

Sign-in codes are different: when you sign in, we text you a one-time code to prove the phone is yours. That is part of signing in rather than a notice, and stopping shift texts does not stop sign-in codes.

How long we keep it

Schedule records are kept while you work for the venue and for as long afterwards as the employer is required to keep employment records. Ask us to delete your account and we will, except for anything the law requires the employer to retain.

Children

The app is for employed staff. Where a venue employs a minor, the app warns managers about the hours the law allows; it holds nothing about anyone who is not an employee.
