Exotic Schedules is staff scheduling software operated by Greenbriar Consulting LLC, Round Rock, Texas ("we", "us"). These terms cover your use of the app and this site.
The app is for people employed by a venue that uses Exotic Schedules, and for the managers of those venues. Your employer decides who has an account and what each person may see.
You sign in with your own mobile number and a one-time code. Keep your phone to yourself: a person holding it can see your schedule and act as you. Tell your manager at once if you lose it.
It is not a time clock, not a payroll system and not a record of hours worked for pay. It does not decide your hours — your employer does. Warnings the app shows managers, such as overtime or hours for staff under 18, are a convenience and not legal advice; the employer remains responsible for following the law.
Do not use the app to harass anyone, to get at information that is not yours, or to interfere with how it runs. We may suspend an account that does.
Push notices and text messages are described on the text messages page. Texts are optional and are never required to use the app.
We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise it is never unavailable. A published schedule remains your employer's record whether or not the app is reachable at any moment.
If these terms change in a way that matters to you, we will say so in the app before the change takes effect.
